LITTLE GYM PROGRAMS

The Little Gym program is a fitness and development program
for children 10 months to 8 years. Strength, flexibility, bal-
ance, rhythm, motor skills, and muscle tone are all aspects of
a child's development at the Little Gym. Most importantly, the
Little Gym's unique non-competitive curriculum and environ-
ment offer children the opportunity to love themselves just as
they are. The building of self-confidence and self-esteem is all
a part of the Little Gym program. Come see how your child will
