The decision as to when a youth arrives and leaves the Commu- nity and Youth Center, and with whom, is a matter handled between parent and youth. Parents/legal guardians may accompany their child(ren) in the Youth Center during posted hours. Approved City of Issaquah Adult Volunteers are welcome in the Youth Center at scheduled times. Children 5th grade and younger MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times. Stu- dents 18 and over must be full-time students and provide school identification before using the Youth Center.
